Pudu Robotics has opened a new European headquarters in Neuss, Germany, creating a regional base for sales, product demonstrations, training, warehousing and after-sales support. The facility is intended to make the deployment of service and industrial robots more practical for customers and channel partners across Europe.
The move comes as the company expands its presence in more than 20 European countries. Pudu says annual business growth exceeded 60% in each of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the UK, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Poland over the past two years.
Infrastructure around the robot
For industrial adopters, the significance of the Neuss site lies in the services surrounding the hardware. The building includes a showroom, office space, whole-robot and spare-parts storage, training areas, repair capacity and after-sales operations. Customers can therefore assess systems, prepare operators and coordinate support through a regional organisation rather than relying solely on remote or cross-border resources.
Pudu’s European operation includes almost 50 sales professionals and nearly 40 technical-support specialists. Warehouses in Germany and the Netherlands, together with a German service centre, are designed to improve delivery coordination and response times. The company also works with distributors, system integrators and service providers on deployment and maintenance.
Scaling automation across varied sites
Pudu serves customers in 16 industries, including retail, food and beverage, hospitality, healthcare, transport, education and warehousing. Named European users include EDEKA, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Marriott, Van der Valk, Pizza Hut, Intermarché and Denner, while Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is among the transport hubs using its solutions.
Deployment support includes adapting implementation plans to individual layouts and operating patterns. That approach matters where robots must work alongside employees and existing processes, particularly when a solution is expanded from one site to a wider estate. The company offers multilingual support, including English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
At an upcoming Amsterdam event, Pudu is expected to present the T600, T300 and T150 light-payload industrial delivery robots, as well as the MP2000 pallet-handling robot. Bella Sun, Pudu’s European vice-president and general manager, said the Neuss headquarters would strengthen long-term cooperation with customers and partners as adoption grows.
Pudu Robotics says it will continue expanding regional service capabilities and applying robotics across industries as automation becomes more embedded in everyday operations.
